We are thrilled to bring you the highlights from our recent AMA session, which took place on September 27th on the Kaisar Discord channel. The event was an engaging opportunity for the community to connect with the Kaisar Network team, including Mr. Phuong (COO), Léonie (CBO), and Verena (CMO). Together, they addressed key topics and answered questions about the project’s vision and future developments.
Here are some of the most notable points from the session:
Host: What is Kaisar Network? How is Kaisar going to disrupt the compute market?
Mr. Phuong: Kaisar Network is the leading GPU-as-a-service protocol incentivizing both GPU providers and end-users, specifically designed and optimized for decentralized computing and AI. Our mission is to reshape the future of decentralized computing by harnessing AI and blockchain to aggregate spare GPU resources, offering them at significantly reduced costs and rewarding participants for providing their GPUs/computation resources.
Moreover, Kaisar is also working on balancing supply and demand in the compute market and breaking free from the monopoly of large players like Nvidia.
The new business model becomes more inclusive by targeting more consumer-grade hardware and enterprise solutions.
Kaisar operates in the real-world infrastructure space, leveraging data centers and consumer devices like MacBooks and PCs, democratizing the use of underutilized computing power. It’s a decentralized compute ecosystem that anyone can plug into, whether a supplier, developer, or individual with a powerful device.
We introduce a new term called DePinFi (DePIN + DeFi) which opens the business model to Web3, where the tokenization of GPU time and hardware allows the creation of new financial products. Kaisar shifts from being a Web2-like broker model to a Web3 ecosystem, where participants can earn, stake, and trade GPU resources, unlocking liquidity in real-world assets (RWA). The KAI token plays a central role, not only for governance but also to incentivize all stakeholders in this decentralized ecosystem. Kaisar allows users to earn from their devices, transforming compute power into currency.

Host: How can mainstream users participate in Kaisar? What are the benefits of joining Kaisar’s network?
Léonie: Overall, DePIN may sound confusing and somewhat technical, but Kaisar aims for every ordinary user and community member to be able to participate in the network, contributing their available resources freely, and benefiting from Kaisar’s business model development and expansion during the upcoming DePIN AI boom.
Therefore, Kaisar is developing a new product that will be launched shortly. This product is very easy to use and user-friendly, allowing anyone with a computer and an internet connection to join Kaisar’s network.
Be ready to join early, as we always appreciate the support from community members, especially those who have been with us and supported the project since the very beginning.

Host: What are the utilities of $KAI? What will make $KAI grow in the future?
Léonie: As mentioned, The KAI token plays a central role, not only for governance but also to incentivize all stakeholders in this decentralized ecosystem.
In short, there are several utilities which KAI delivers in the overall Kaisar ecosystem:
- Governance
- Rewards and Incentives to network participants
- Staking
- More to come
So these 3 products will have a significant impact on $KAI. We don’t want to be a simple “GPU marketplace” cuz we never were.
Host: What’s next for Kaisar?
VeraBC: The market is showing signs of recovery, especially in the DePIN and AI sectors. At Kaisar, we’re fully focused on building our products and are eager to release them soon for our community members to test first. We are committed to leveraging this DePIN + AI boom and will be shipping more products for users to try out and provide valuable feedback to help us improve.
We’re also working closely with Peaq and other partners with the goal of becoming the leading compute layer in the crypto space.

deebu0095: Like if someone holds 1 NFT it will get the same reward but if someone has only one NFT and is receiving the same rewards as someone who holds multiple NFTs, then what’s the benefit of holding more NFTs?
VeraBC: For the question, as you can see, the airdrop portal is our very first product which is to “reward” loyal users and community members. There are two parts you guys may know: badges and points. Badges are “valuable”, I guess if you have been with Kaisar since the start, it will be great if you have at least 1 badge for yourself! For points, users can get as many as possible and the earlier you are, the more points you can get along the way, especially for NFT holders. For this project, we not only want to reward our holders (3x multipliers), but also incentivize more users (if they don’t have a chance to acquire one NFT yet!). That is why the gap between our holders and the retail users has been only a badge and 3x (but it is big right? haha). Buttt, please keep in mind that more will come with NFT holders in our upcoming product, especially for those who hold a bunch of them! Stay tuned!
faiz.king22: Will there be a result announced at the end of the airdrop portal showing who will receive what rewards, or will these points carry over to the next season? Secondly, what percentage of the rewards is allocated for the airdrop portal?
VeraBC: Hard to say for us! As you know, this market is a bit “tough” if we dont go in the right direction. We will onboard more advisors, investors who support us to get to a certain milestone, and be more successful in the future. Hence, there will be changes! But it will be much better for Kaisar, and as a result, your efforts can be much more worth it. So why dont we together build a better Kaisar and let’s be patient for what will come? We are trying our hardest, please go with us.
joshu1n01: I believe “A new product is on the way” is about nodes running? Can you give us the tentative schedule for this?
VeraBC: In short, there will be 3 main things that community members can partake:

anbergs: What was the biggest WIN for the team/project from going to the Token2049 event, that you didnt expect before going there?
Léonie: We have secured so many deals that will significantly increase our revenue stream (that will convert to $KAI). You saw the Redacted Flight right? It may seem too degen when you look at the videos and stuff, but I actually talked to soooo many legit KOLs and investors there.
